Our Background

The global healthcare shortage and suffering of patients, inspired us to become a bridge to fulfill this huge gap of upcoming shortage of 12.9 million heathcare workers by 2035, as mentioned by World Health Organization. Our background and healthcare experience play a vital role in working in-seaming the potential doctors, healthcare students and  employee gap.

ENDEAVOUR  is an independent organization bridges the students, interns and prospective 
employees  to  their  desired  career.  We  cater  international  students  and  applicants 
connecting  to  international universities.We have achieved the promise from our sponsors to support many new students and trainees, with a budgeted fund of $30 million dollars. Our support with students from admission to living expenses pioneers in the world due to our strong dedicated scholarship sponsors. Beside training our sponsors are building multiple healthcare hospitals in needed areas, opening the arena for our new doctors and staff to join in uplifting community.
